Last night, Paul - for over two hours, commanded a 31-song set for Chicago’s Grant Park that showcased his own catalogue, The Beatles and Wings.

One surprising highlight, however, arrived late into the night when Paul invited Alabama Shakes frontwoman Brittany Howard to shine on the ol’ six-string and share the microphone for a spirited rendition of “Get Back”.
To her credit, Howard’s own outfit delivered a rousing and raucous
set only hours prior, and yet she hardly looked fatigued as she sang her
heart out next to the former Beatle. Judging how it all went down,
especially their friendly riffing, it would appear that the two get
along just swell.
