Pete Best, The Beatle’s original regular drummer arrived in Lima Peru on Thursday night at Airport International Jorge Chávez.
Best is scheduled to play at a Beatles tribute concert on Saturday,
at Parque de la Exposicion, where he will perform six songs with the
group A Day In The Life.
Best was invited to join The Beatles on August, 1960 ahead of the
band’s bookings in Hamburg.
Yesterday friday, Pete Best was honored by the Municipality of San Miguel, and named during a ceremony at John Lennon Park.
