"CONCERT FOR GEORGE" 24 HRAS MAÑANA ON LINE - SALDRA EL BLU-RAY Y DESCARGA DIGITAL

Uno de los conciertos más grandes de estrellas reunidas en la historia,es del Concierto para George, que se transmitirá mañana [Viernes, 25 de febrero 2011] para celebrar lo que habría sido el cumpleaños número 68 de George.

El concierto será en streaminghttp://www.georgeharrison.com por 24 horas de 8 am hora de Londres (GMT).

OJO: El concierto saldrá el 22 de marzo en Blu-Ray y en descarga digital por primera vez.

El Concierto para George contó con las actuaciones de los más cercanos amigos a George, incluyendo a Jeff Lynne (ELO), Tom Petty y los Heartbreakers, Billy Preston, Eric Clapton, Jools Holland, Joe Brown, Circus de Monty Python's Flying, Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney, Ravi Shankar , Gary Brooker (Procul Harem), Sam Brown y el hijo de George Harrison, Dhani y tuvo lugar en Londres el famoso Royal Albert Hall el 29 de noviembre del 2002, en el primer aniversario del fallecimiento de George.

Fue dirigida por David Leland (director de Viajar "Handle With Care" del vídeo de los Traveling Wilburys). Jeff Lynne produjo la grabación y Eric Clapton asumió el papel de director musical.
