PAUL McCARTNEY WILL BE IN THE SEASON FINALE OF SNL

Paul McCartney has been confirmed to appear in the upcoming Season 51 finale of Saturday Night Live.

As the show winds down its current run next month, the final episodes will feature a star-studded lineup including the return of Will Ferrell as host, along with appearances by Olivia Rodrigo, Matt Damon, and Noah Kahan.

Paul McCartney will serve as the musical guest for the season finale on May 16, marking his first time back on the SNL stage since 2012.

Paul will join Ferrell for the broadcast, coinciding with the release of his new album, The Boys of Dungeon Lane.

This appearance marks McCartney’s fifth time as a musical guest and his first turn as the primary performer in over a decade.

His host for the evening, Will Ferrell, was a beloved SNL cast member from 1995 to 2002 before transitioning into a massive career as a comedy film star.

The rest of the season’s schedule is equally packed: Olivia Rodrigo will pull double duty, serving as both host and musical guest ahead of her June 12 album release, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love. (May 2). Actor Matt Damon will host alongside musical guest Noah Kahan.(May 9)

Saturday Night Live airs Saturdays at 11:30 p.m. ET / 8:30 p.m. PT on NBC.
