Transmision in London of the television show "The Big Out" (recorded February 29, 1964).

Shooting of early scenes for "A Hard Day's Night", on board a train leaving from Paddington Station.

The train carrying the Beatles from Minehead to Paddington stops unannounced at West Ealing Station, to avoid the fans waiting at Paddington. The Beatles are taken into the booking office and sign autographs. Within minutes the group are taken away in a car.

1967

John takes home a tape of conversation of musicians, Paul and Martin, for his private collection.

Day Nine of the Beatles High Court Case.

1972
Legal custody is awarded to Yoko for her daughter Kyoko. The father, Anthony Cox, fleas with the child.

1973

The Concert For Bangla Desh wins the Grammy for "Album of the Year for 1972".

1975
Linda McCartney is arrested for possession of marijuana in Los Angeles. The officer who originally pulled the McCartneys over was stopping them for running a traffic light.

1980
In London, one of the first Sotheby's Rock & Pop auctions takes place. One of the items on the block is a signed copy of their Parlophone single "Love Me Do".

1984
A two-day Beatles convention opens in Glasgow's Central Hall in Scotland.

1986
Principal photography begins for the Handmade film "Five Corners".

1988
George and Ringo appear together on the show "Aspel & Company". This is the first major TV interview ever given by two former Beatles since the group disbanded.

1990
Paul's performs in concert at the Tokyo Dome, Tokyo, Japan ("Get Back Tour").

1997
At Abbey Road Studios, Paul records demo versions of "Standing Stone".

At the Museum of Modern Art in Oxford, Yoko's art exhibition "Have You Seen The Horizon Lately" is on display.

2008
The Beatles' engineer Norman Smith dies at the age of 85. Smith worked on every studio recording the band made between 1962 and 1965. He was nicknamed "Normal Norman" by John.

2014
In New York City, the Donald and Mary Oenslager Gallery runs in the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, at Lincoln Center. The library exhibition include tour memorabilia, historic film clips, video interviews with musicians, as well as interactive exhibits.
