PERSONAL POSSESIONS OF JOHN LENNON AND BEATLES ARTEFACTS IN LONDON

Fans can visit Hard Rock locations in London for free to view some incredible personal possessions of John Lennon and other Beatles artefacts.


 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Highlights in the Vault beneath the Rock Shop, with items once owned by the likes of Elvis Presley and Freddie Mercury, include the two-tone denim jacket worn by John Lennon on the night he was thrown out of the Troubadour Club in Los Angeles on March 12, 1974.

Meanwhile, a Beatles harpsichord used on the recordings of All You Need Is Love and Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds is also on display there. As are Lennon’s notations over his lyrics to Instant Karma.

 



 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Backroom Bar behind the Hard Rock Cafe on Old Park Lane features the ordinal door from Apple Studios where the Beatles recorded much of their final album Let It Be
Meanwhile at the Hard Rock Cafe Piccadilly Circus are the original set of keys to Lennon’s 3 Saville Row flat, alongside his gold tone alpha glasses.
