A framed Paul McCartney-signed Fender Squier guitar which was to be the centre piece of a Shenton Park resident’s man cave has been stolen.
Paul - who didn’t want to reveal his last name - “absolutely” wants his authenticated memorabilia back which he purchased for $4700 at a HeartKids Charity auction in 2018.
How the thief gained access into the family’s garage on Saturday evening while they were sleeping is unknown to police but several items were stolen including a $400 mountain bike, a cordless drill and spanner.
Paul has been storing the one-of-a-kind piece along with a brand new Samsung TV worth $3349 - which was also stolen over the long weekend - to use in his man cave.

“I was in absolute shock and in awe.... I bought the TV, watched the grand final on it, went to bed, woke up and everything was gone,” he said.
“Everyone says I should feel violated but I don’t.”
Paul said although the stolen frame means the world to him, his eight-year-old daughter Sasha was the ultimate fan of The Beatles.
“She sings Paul McCartney all the time - she took in the piece to school for show and tell,” he said.
