MALIBU GUITAR FESTIVAL TO INCLUDE BEATLES GEAR PRESENTATION, EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS OF PAUL AND RINGO AND A PERFORMANCE BY LAURENCE JUBER

The second annual Malibu Guitar festival will rock Malibu April 28-May 1 with a lineup of nationally recognized and acclaimed artists who will perform in the city with 27 miles of scenic beauty.   The four-day festival, presented by D ‘Angelico Guitars, launches with an opening fundraiser 6:30 p.m.-midnight on April 28 at Casa Escboar Malibu. The event will feature a “Beatles Gear” presentation by musician/author Andy Babiuk from his book, which is the first to tell the full story of how the Beatles members made their music – including details down to exactly which guitars, drums, amplifiers and keyboards were used at key points in the band’s revolutionary career. Additional highlights include an art exhibit curated by Robert Knight featuring exclusive photos of Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, among others, and a performance of Beatles songs by Wing’s guitarist Laurence Juber.
