ITV1’s
hour-long Cilla tribute, due to be broadcast at 10.45pm on Christmas
day, will celebrate the life of Cilla, who was found dead in her
Spanish villa on August 1 aged 72.The
documentary will feature interviews with her famous friends,including
Ringo Starr,Cliff Richard and Paul O’Grady.It will also feature rare archive footage.The
series, filmed in Liverpool,attracted more than 7m viewers and led to
several of Cilla’s songs returning to the top 40.Our Cilla will be broadcast on December 25 at 10.45pm on ITV1.
