A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE BEATLES

1961 Performance at St. John's Hall, Tuebrook, Liverpool.
1962 Performance at the Majestic Ballroom, Birkenhead.
1963 Concert at the ABC Theatre, Blackpool.

1964 Concert at the Forum, Montreal.
1964 Evening: Tele-recording of the final of the Rediffusion Television's `Ready Steady Win!' contest. On the panel are Bill Haley, Brian Matthew and Georgia Brown. Brian is the chairman of the panel.
1965 `Help!' single, 7th week in the Top 10 (UK New Musical Express chart).
1967 Studio 3. 7.00pm-2.45am. Recording: `Aerial Tour Instrumental' (working title of `Flying') (takes 1-6, tape reduction take 6 into takes 7, 8, overdub onto take 8). Mono mixing: `Aerial Tour Instrumental' (working title of `Flying') (remixes 1-4, from take 8). Producer: George Martin; Engineer: Geoff Emerick; 2nd Engineer: Richard Lush. 1st Beatles instrumental theme released for EMI. 1st theme credited to all Beatles. Last session of uninterrupted work of Geoff Emerick as Beatles' balance engineer.
1967 An official report states that Brian's death was accidental, due to accumulation of bromide contained in a drug known as Carbitral.
1968 Performance on the David Frost TV show, `Frost On Sunday', singing `Hey Jude' (filmed 4 September 1968).
1969 Start of Ringo's stay for observation at the Middlesex Hospital, London.
1974 Final date for John to leave the US, as ordered by the US Immigration Service.
1983 Studio 2. Show `The Beatles At Abbey Road' (3 times).
1997 After a lengthy illness, Derek Taylor, The Beatles Press Officer, passes away in his Suffolk home at the age of 65.
