Paul looked just like any other jogger as he exercised with his wife Nancy Shevell in North London on Monday.Paul looked like he was taking his workout seriously as
he stepped out in a warm padded jacket, hooded sweatshirt, Adidas
jogging bottoms and red and blue trainers.

His 54-year-old wife Nancy Shevell looked chic in a petrol grey coat, a lilac hooded top, sports leggings and black trainers.
Meanwhile,
the star showed his passion for a different activity when he paid to
have the sleeve of his latest album New printed on flags during the
Kyushu Grand Sumo Tournament in the city of Fukuoka, Japan.
‘Bizarrely Macca really got into Sumo Wrestling when he first toured Japan (as a solo artist) in 1993,’ his spokesman told NME.

‘He took his crew to
one of the matches when they were over there recently and was explaining
to everyone the rules and the scoring and how it all worked.’
Paul also attended the finale last month, where he was able to see his album cover displayed at the stadium. Paul released his 16th studio album New in October.

The album includes work
with producers Mark Ronson, Paul Epworth, and Giles Martin, the son of
long-term Beatles producer George Martin.
The
album, his first in six years, charted at number 3 in the UK charts and
number 2 in the Japanese charts - just behind Big Bang’s Seungri’s solo
debut album - selling 23,000 copies in the first week.
According to the Japan Daily Press this is the first time that a musician over 70 years old has broken into the Top 10.
Paul recently toured Japan, South America, Europe and North America in his Out There! tour – his first since 2002.
