The nominations for the 56th annual Grammy Awards.
Paul will be for 4 awards this Jan 26, 2014 at Staples Center in Los Angeles. They will be broadcast live to the East Coast and on three-hour tape delay to the West Coast in high-definition TV and 5.1 surround sound on CBS from 8 – 11:30 p.m. (ET/PT).
In the Best Rock Song category, Paul was nominated along with Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselle and Pat Smear for “Cut Me Some Slack” from the soundtrack of the documentary “Sound City – Real to Reel.”The deluxe reissue of “Wings Over America” was nominated as Best Boxed Or Special Limited Editon Package.
“Live Kisses,” the live-in-the-studio performance of songs from his “Kisses on the Bottom” album, was nominated twice: Best Surround Sound album and nominated for Best Music Film.
