John Gorman and Mike McCartney have enlisted the help of Keith Wilson
to stand in for the exiled Roger McGough as Scaffold return for an rare
outing in the region.
With over 100 attractions yet to commence
at the Heswall Arts Festival, it seems almost rude to be already looking
four weeks hence to the closing show.
The two week arts
festival kicks off on Saturday 28th October and culminates in the
'Return of Scaffold' gig at Heswall Hall on Saturday 12th October,
7:30pm
Tickets are available from Wirral Tickets for £15 click this link Return of Scaffold tickets
The
Scaffold will be responsible for much merriness and mayhem as their
madcap antics and songs will fill Heswall Hall to capacity. Anyone
interested in catching the show is urged to book early and avoid the
obvious disappointment of missing out.
Festival programmes are
now available at Linghams Booksellers in Heswall. Organisers ask for a
donation of £2 because, unlike other Arts Festivals they do not receive
any funding at all. Donations help produce, what they believe to be, a
fantastic diary of events and activities for visitors and residents this
Autumn.
