Pictures documenting John Lennon’s last ever visit to his native Liverpool have come to light. Sent to the compilers of the bestselling book The Beatles And Me, they are to be added to the
online edition in the next few days.
The shots show Lennon and Yoko Ono visiting Lennon's Aunt Harriet at 137 Gateacre Park Drive.
Author Dean Johnson says, “These
are very important pictures as they show the most iconic son of
Liverpool returning for the last time. They are previously unseen by the
general public, and must be recorded as soon as possible. If our book
can help this process, then I am proud to help.”
DON´T FORGET: THIS WEEKEND HERE IN BEATLES MAGAZINE: A NEW CONTEST :
