Paul is planning to re-visit his childhood home for the first time in nearly 50 years.
The Beatles star grew up in a small, terraced house in Liverpool, England and the property has been preserved for fans by Britain's National Trust organisation.
The house has been closed for three months to undergo renovation work,
and MCCartney has now revealed he is hoping to go back once it re-opens
on 23 February (13).
The musician admits he has previously avoided
returning to the Forthlin Road house, which the family left in 1964, but
is now determined to make the pilgrimage.
