LIAM GALLAGHER DISCUSSES BEATLES LABEL FILM PLANS

You'd be forgiven for thinking that launching a new band and setting off on your inaugural tour to promote your debut album would be enough to keep you busy, but Beady Eye frontmanLiam Gallagher has been speaking of his side career as a film producer.


As previously reported by Spinner, the formerOasis singer -- whose new album, 'Different Gear, Still Speeding' is released in the UK on Monday, Feb. 28 -- has been working on a film version of Richard DiLello's account of the rise and fall of the Beatles' Apple Corps, 'The Longest Cocktail Party.' According to Gallagher, the film treads the fine line between comedy and drama but won't be released if it doesn't meet his approval.
