Ron Howard’s documentary The Beatles: Eight Days a Week made
its world premiere Thursday in London. Howard, John Lennon’s widow Yoko
Ono, and George Harrison’s widow Olivia Harrison were among those at
the star-filled screening, but the marquee guests were Paul and Ringo.
Paul and Ringo walked along the blue carpet, showing that
nothing has changed in the 54 years since Starr joined the Fab Four. The
duo, each donning a dark suit, strolled and stopped to pose together,
flash peace signs, and be occasionally goofy.
Eight Days A Week tracks the Beatles during their touring
years, from 1962 to 1966. The film — produced by McCartney, Starr, Ono,
and Olivia Harrison — offers up exclusive footage of the lads from
Liverpool in the early days, as they made their way to small clubs to
selling out giant stadiums.
Thx so much~
