MANHATTAN STUDIO WHERE JOHN RECORDED ‘IMAGINE’ NOW ON THE MARKET

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) has been selected by East End Capital and UNIZO Holdings Company Limited as the exclusive office leasing agent for The Plant at 321 West 44th Street.
NGKF’s David Falk, president of the New York Tri-State region, Andrew Sachs, executive managing director and Ben Shapiro, managing director, will lead the assignment.

Currenlty 40,000 s/f is available in the ten-story, 255,000 s/f building known for the mural by Brooklyn-based collaborators, FAILE, on its façade, which East End Capital commissioned upon purchase.
