Signed and framed copy of John's 1973 solo album, Mind Games, is on auction with proceeds going to a young people's charity

John and Paul signed albums are on auction with proceeds going to a charity which deters youngsters from crime.

Mind Games, John’s 1973 solo album, is signed by the Liverpool legend - and Paul signed a copy of London Town, the cover featuring number one track With a Little Luck, is also signed by Linda McCartney.

Both albums are on auction on Charity Stars with part of the proceeds going to A-Star charity which aims to discourage young people from turning to drug and gun crime.

The current minimum bid for London Town stands at £100 with auction bids for the Lennon signed and framed Mind Games starting at £250, tonight.

Bidding for both lots will finish on October 27.
