Ringo has sold his Surrey pad to a Czech billionaire for £13.5 million. Ringo put 17th Century Rydinghurst on the market eight months ago, and the 200-acre estate has been snapped up by property magnate Radovan Vitek, who already owns a palatial home in Belgravia. Ringo, worth an estimated £190 million, decided to sell as he and his wife Barbara Bach, spend much of their time in LA.
