Paul was in good spirits at the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts as he arrived to carry out his masterclasses with students.
Paul waved hello to onlookers and fans before heading inside.

One of the LIPA students who will be meeting Paul is Holly Ellison.
Holly's band ALULA will support Scouting For Girls on tour later this year.
The teaching sessions come just two days before Sir Paul is due to perform at the Echo Arena in a sold-out concert.
