Beatles fans will be given the chance to relive the days of the 64’
tour, where the band performed in Bradford and later used the hotel in
Holmfield as a secret getaway.
During the afternoon tea, the rooms
that the band stayed in will be open to guests and there is a chance to
take a selfie on the bed that Paul McCartney slept on.
BBC TV star Carol Smillie will host a 50th anniversary Beatles party at a Halifax hotel. The renowned television persona will join The Charity
Dreamgirls at Holdsworth House on October 21, from 2pm to 6pm, for a
Beatles-themed afternoon tea.
The
fundraising event will showcase the band’s music history and will
include live music and VIP treatment for the guests - with everyone
receiving a goody bag. Tickets cost £25. For more, visit Here.
