Paul has recorded a song to encourage people to eat less meat and help slow global warming ahead of this week's United Nations summit.
Joanna Lumley, Twiggy and actor Woody Harrelson are among the familiar faces to appear in the video for the track called Meat Free Monday, which Paul has launched online.
Paul also wants fans to sign an online pledge to go veggie once a week.
The rearing of livestock for consumption is a major contributor to the production of greenhouse gases which are thought to hasten climate change.
