THE BEATLES´FORMER APPLE RECORDS OFFICES IN LONDON SOLD FOR £10.2M

Five flats on London's Baker Street in what used to be offices belonging to The Beatles' Apple Records have been sold for £10.2million.

The Apple Apartments, which will be available to rent by the end of the year for between £750 and £1,150 a week, were restored by developer The Malins Group and sold to Middle Eastern investors after just four weeks on the market.
The flats have a "contemporary design and a splash of Sixties pop culture" and are described by developers as "the ultimate slice of memorabilia".
