Julian Lennon’s photography show opened last night at the Little
Black Gallery in Chelsea. John Lennon’s son by his first wife, Cynthia,
is a polymath artist who has embraced the disciplines of music,
photography and film.

“I’ve just finished work on a film about Le Corbusier and his lover,
Eileen Gray,” said Lennon of his role as unit photographer. “Alanis
Morissette plays her, and Vincent Perez plays Corbusier. It may play
Cannes next year.”
However, even a lifetime in the public gaze
has not given him nerves of steel. “I got crippled by nerves, panic
attacks and fear at my New York show. The only relief was sleep.”
