Sarandon were in Pennsylvania today for an “anti-fracking” tour.

Members of “Artists Against Fracking” were taking a look at areas
where the extraction of natural gas by hydraulic fracturing is carried
out.
“Not everyone knows how dangerous it is. Your drinking water
is at stake. Over 600 toxic chemicals and hydrocarbons get injected into
the ground that leak into aquifers,” said Lennon. “Then there’s the
question of [them] being released into the atmosphere.”
