Paul was back in town today for the Liverpool Institute For Performing Arts (LIPA) graduation ceremony at the city's Philharmonic Hall. Macca drove his wife Nancy Shevell to the event in a silver Mercedes before jumping out to greet fans and sign autographs. The 70-year-old's appearances comes two days before he plays at the London 2012 Olympics opening ceremony.
