If the allegations made by a New York landlord are true, memorabilia collector and 'psychic' Biond Fury should have seen a lawsuit coming when he auctioned off the iconic white suit worn by John Lennon on the cover of theBeatles' 1969 album 'Abbey Road' earlier this month.

Fury's former landlord Mark Arrow is suing the gallery that auctioned off the suit on Fury's behalf on Jan. 1 for nearly $46,000 (£29,700), according to the Digital Spy website, in order to get the proceeds to satisfy an outstanding rent debt.

According to the lawsuit, a court had previously determined in 2009 that Fury owed more than $21,000 in rent for his former Manhattan apartment, information that was provided to Braswell Galleries in an attempt to stop the sale. Arrow's lawyers are now demanding the Norfolk, Conn.-based gallery pay at least $21,463.
